I just bought these prenatal gummies but it in the back it says"contains tuna (fish) this product uses high quality, purified fish oil that has been tested for mercury and PCBs. But my nurse said to watch out for mercury/fish that it causes miscarrige?

It doesn't. It's just the oils and thru purify it anyway. Nothing will happen to you. You need the fish oil

Not all fish is bad for you. Tuna and salmon are actually extremely good to eat in pregnancy.
