Night feedings ?

At what age did you allow your baby to sleep as long as they wanted throughout the night instead of waking to to feed ?

i never woke to feed. i fed when baby wanted.

Like...5 days after delivery when he was back to his birth weight. I always let him sleep!

I only woke the baby up to feed before she reached her birth wait. After that, Her doctor says we could wait until she woke us to feed.

We were given the go-ahead by our pediatrician to let our babe self-direct from 8pm-6am at his two month appointment. He was gaining well, healthy and had a great amount of wet and dirty diapers. Some pediatricians may recommend differently but I’d say if you are meeting those three criteria, you can try it!

Take your sleep while you can. If baby wants to sleep through the night let them. They’ll wake up when they’re hungry and you need sleep so you can take adequate care of them.

I gave a dream bottle each evening and then only if she woke up. She did wake up every night to feed, but I did not wanna wake her up if I could avoid getting up 😂

Once she was like 4 weeks old. That was for my full term baby. My preemie was 6 weeks early, so I had to wake her to feed her until she was a little older.
