Second pregnancy question

I’m due with #2 in January, we are 8 hours from family…my first came at 38 weeks, and she came fast. I’m scared this one will come early. But when would you start to have family come to watch baby #2? I will be 37 weeks for

Christmas which I feel bad if someone comes down for Christmas. My mom plans on coming down the week after Christmas, and in February, but even then my husband is going to jrtc in February so they aren’t giving him maternity leave right away. Im starting to get stressed about someone being here to watch our daughter
