I had these spots after my pregnancy with my son. Mainly under my breasts. Apparently it was some sort of yeast thing? They put me on a cream for it and they disappeared and never came back. Definitely see a dermatologist. :)

It looks fungal!! Believe it or not, you can use selsun blue all over as a body wash and it should help a lot. Try using everyday on your affected area for two weeks and see if there is improvement.

Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion with Oat for Dry Skin worked for me. A nurse recommended this to me. It’s a little pricey but it worked. I rubbed the lotion on the affected area everyday after shower. She told me if that didn’t work, to go see a dermatologist.
