Exercise when TTC

I’m curious if anyone has information/experience with knowing how much to work out when trying to get pregnant.

I have been trying to get pregnant for 18mo, I have been pregnant before and have a 7yo and did not have any issues conceiving before. I have had fertility testing and everything came back normal - unexplained infertility. Husbands tests are all normal too.

My husband is worried that we are not getting pregnant because I work out too much.

Is that something that can actually affect my ability to become pregnant? I know some woman can work out to the point where they no longer ovulate- but all my test show that I am ovulating regularly.

I work out 5 days each week- 3 days a week I train kickboxing(no contact- just with a punching bag) and 2 days a week I run 5 miles (so 10 mils/ week). I normally take Thursday and Friday off from working out.

Any shared experience would be greatly appreciated.
