My bf is mad because of this

Hi everyone me and my ex recently rekindled things, we were together for two years when we were younger it’s been 4 years and we rekindled and it’s been good so far (it’s barely been a month though). Before him I wanted nothing, I wasn’t talking or dating just surrounding myself with friends & family. That being said a group of us friends bought tickets to a football game and we’re going in two days.

He’s been in a mood and making sly comments because I’m still going. Asking me how would I feel? & I assured him I wouldn’t make him feel guilty as he is with me I even tell him to go out with his friends I’m just not trying to be in a controlling a** relationship. Well now he’s not talking to me.

Reason I’m not selling my ticket because it’s barely been a month and he was very controlling before, I feel like if I allow this. I’m allowing that behavior again.

I even told him I’ll reassure him and keep contact but nope he’s mad

Does he have a right?
