Tomorrow I will be 25 weeks. Has anyone tested positive for Covid and treated at home with OTC meds?

My daughter is 9 and had what I thought was seasonal allergies or a slight cold. My mom is typically dramatic and suggested a Covid test. I took her just to get my mom off my case… My daughter tested positive. (Sorry Mom lol) Her dad, step-mom and brother have all tested positive now as well. I’ve developed a slight dry cough along with a scratchy throat. My test results haven’t come back but I think it’s safe to say I have it. Just looking for some at home remedies to help move this along quickly.
