Please help me I'm suffering

I have the worst hemorrhoid of all time (TMI sorry) it hurts to poop it hurts to wipe I can't even use a suppository because it hurts to bad to push it up there. It even hurts to pass gas! I sit in the toilet and cry because it burns and hurts so bad I don't know what to do I'm in so much pain I've tried creams and stuff but it only gives me temporary relief and I've soaked in Epsom salts but I sill feel like my butt is going to fall off this is the absolute worst pain ever someone please help me I don't care how crazy the remedy is just tell me it I'm desperate I'll try anything at this point
