Bad anxiety for no reason!

For maybe like a month now my anxiety has been so bad! I wake up, it’s instant chest tightness & needing to fidget or pace. I wouldn’t say I’m necessarily under more stress than the average person, but it seems to be worse days before I work. I like my job & feel fine once I get there which is weird.

What are some tips to handle anxiety? I’ve dealt with it before but never this frequent. I’ve been wanting to try Ashwaganda supplements, does anyone have experience with them? I’m open to all advice!! Thx besties ❤️
