What are some ways to help practice sitting up?

My LO always seems to fall forward while trying to sit unassisted.

We normally prop him up in a nursing pillow behind him and a big soft soccer ball in front. He will still fall over after a minute but he loves the ball

That’s normal at this age. Just keep letting them sit and hold her up by holding her hands or some sort of assistance. Usually sitting up happens at 6 months, there’s no need to rush it they will figure all of it out on their own just like crawling and walking🙂
