Side effects of inositol

Does anyone have any experience taking inositol? Did you have any side effects while taking it? This was my first month taking it and I finally started my period, but it has been going on for 11 days now and the bleeding isn’t getting any lighter. I’m not sure if the inositol would have anything to do with it.

Any insight would be appreciated!! 🙏🏻
