Do you think this is implantation bleed? I've had a terrible headache for the last few days, dry skin and neck ache. Today I had this when I wiped this morning, I put a pad on but there hasn't been anything on them all day. I have been getting occasional spotting throughout the day too. I've had a niggling cramp on my left side too. I took a test when I got home and swore I could see something but I have terrible line eyes and always convince myself there is something there even if there isn't ☹️ I'll post it below so you can tell me if I'm crazy haha
