Tips for PMS depression

Hi! It’s 8 days before my next period (so not even officially PMS time yet), and I can tell my period depression is already trying to rear its head. I find my energy bursts very short lived, find the idea of washing my hair as “too much work”, haven’t had water in 3-4 days, not hungry, etc. so I was wondering, if you have “normal” depression, PMS depression, or PMDD, or even serious depression, what steps do you take to work through it before it hits you hard all at once? For me, tonight, I put leftovers in a neat way in the fridge so I’d have lunch for tomorrow, and even if I don’t wash my hair, I’m still getting a shower. Any tips below are welcome!
