Feeling gross and defeated
I don’t know why but I’ve just been feeling really gross lately. Like the days I feel good in my own skin are less and less. Going to the gym hasn’t been fitting in my schedule, although sometimes I just get home from
Classes and don’t want to go back out.
I would say part of it is my fault for not practicing enough self care. Social media also is an issue and I’ve been trying to not check it as much. Does anyone else have this problem or have any advice? I’m in my early 20s, so close to finishing undergrad, and I’m just feeling so defeated.
