Which job would you keep?

First job:

Hourly $27 an hour work Monday-Friday 7am_5pm somenights till 6-7pm when needed. so guaranteed working at least 45 hours a week with the 5 hours being paid as overtime. only health insurance for myself not my family. no paid vacation. no matching 401k. but the work environment is great and less toxic.

Second job:

Salary which is 5,000 a month. work 7am-4pm no overtime needed but if I do work extra it's not paid due to being salaried. company offers great health insurance for all my family no number limit and only pay a one person fee. they match 7% into 401k, But work environment is more hectic and not as enjoyable.

im currently at second job but my first job wants me back and I'm stuck on what to do.
