Not sure what to do

My child has had a fever for two days the fever is not going down with Tylenol all wants to do is sleep.

I feel scared because has refused any type of food so far even favorite foods, I've been insisting drinking water juice soda anything to drink

I don't know what to do the symptoms are headache, tummy ache, nausea, dizziness hard to walk, sleepiness, fever.

I'm concern because the fever is 102
