Feeling Discouraged

I’m 38+1. Had an appointment today and I’m still only 1 cm dilated (3 weeks in a row now) my doctor doesn’t want to induce me until 42 weeks, which terrifies me because risks of still birth and I’ve heard scary stories of the cord becoming wrapped around their neck as they run out of room. I’ve had a really easy pregnancy and could not be luckier but I’m absolutely exhausted. My work hasn’t let up on me at all if anything they’ve been harder on me and I’m just physically and mentally drained and I’m so ready for my baby to be here. Looking for some encouraging words
