Super Tampons
I’m new to using tampons (within like 5 months) and have only ever used light or regular absorbency. On heavy days I go through regular ones before the recommend 4 hours. I have heard that the super ones increase your risk of TSS, which I am worried about.
If I am bleeding through the tampons before 4 hours, should I move up to the super? Also, they absorb more so it makes sense they would be larger upon expansion. Is it a noticeable difference taking it out that it’s much bigger?
