Hello, I have cramping on my left side every time I ovulate (always happened in fertile window and now confirmed with advanced opks). It's been happening for a few years now. When it first started I just assumed it was normal, but it's only ever on one side and over the years it's gone from 20min cramping to 48hrs. Anyone experienced same/similar and know what it is? I get middle cramps with period and they are milder than these and only last average 24hrs. If I don't conceive soon I'll get checked but just curious if anyone has any ideas 🤔
