Traveling safely in a pandemic

(Keeping this vague incase someone I know sees it) I have two babies, a two year old and a six week old, and have just gotten the opportunity of a lifetime to live in a tropic country, live in a literal mansion, and work for family for the winter. I’m fully vaccinated, but I’m worried about traveling with the kids. I don’t want to pass this opportunity up though because it will change our lives for the better and we will finally be out of a financial crisis. What would you do? Be extra cautious and travel, or stay home where it’s safe, but you’re struggling.
