Someone please help!!! Hcg dropped then rose again ??

Soo monday i rushed to Er because of severe one sided pain an bleeding my hcg was 900 then 6 hours later it was 600 .. today my levels are now 2500?! I have had severe cramping and period like bleeding . Had ultrasound and nothing was seen on Monday will have a repeat next week but wtf is going on ??? With all this bleeding an cramping there’s no way i could have a successful pregnancy right ? I haven’t passed any clots yet but had period like red bleeding for 2 days an now it’s brown but still medium flow deff not spotting i have no idea what the hell is going on ! Please someone if u have been through this tell me what happen in ur situation please . Thanks ladies
