Ovulation + leg/knee pain

Hiiiiiii. During my fertile window, super close to ovulation (not sure if it’s right before, during, or after ovulation as I’m not ttc) my legs and knees ache for a couple days! It’s not consistent really & not so bad that I need to take medicine. Mostly notice it at night, kind of similar to restless legs or growing pains. But feels like I’ve walked several miles 😅 does anyone else experience this? If so, do you have pcos or endometriosis or any thyroid problems, etc? Thank you
