Bf relationship status on social media as single

My bf status on fb is single, he’s always on there and girls/ex always try to add him including a ex who wants him back and I asked him does she know your in a relationship? he said she doesn’t know but It’s nobody business if I am or not. He said I only had it up before is because my ex nagged me to change it. I said maybe you should put it up your in relationship. All these girls keep trying to get back with you and his response was “it doesn’t matter what they think if I don’t respond your so childish for even bringing that up it shouldn’t matter and Im not changing it and if i do I’ll do it when I get time” I told him that makes me feel some type of way and he said it’s just your pregnant woman hormones and to let it go. (He hasn’t post about our pregnancy on there either) and won’t!

Am I overreacting for being annoyed about him not wanting to change it?
