When I'm laying on my right side for some reason my right leg goes numb?...I'm 15wks2days pregnant.

Answer

That's because a major vein for blood flow throughout your body is located on your right side and when you lay on it it can cause bad blood flow and cause your limbs to go numb like you are describing. Try try on your left side as much as possible and keep your knees bent with a pillow between them (:
