Is the name Sophia/Sofia popular?

Love the name but don’t want to name our baby something every other little girl is named too.  I’ve heard it’s popular but have never actually met another Sophia before

I immediately thought of Sophia the First… it’s a very popular Disney cartoon. Just letting you know! Ps now I have the theme song stuck in my head lol
