Rashy cheeks
Any idea if this rash looks concerning? My little ones face throughout the day gets very rashy/red looking the last 2 or 3 days. Not itching, doesn’t seem bothered or sick at all. It’s more red in person than in the photo. Not sure if I should wait it out or take him to a doctor.
