Rude Neighbor alert! Advice needed

I’m just going to let it out right here so I can get some different perspectives..

I moved into this condo about 7 months ago when my husband and I separated. Ive Always greet my new neighbors but this one lady would walk past me as if I wasn’t even there.. eventually I just started doing the same. I’m a mother of 3- my oldest is 6, Middle is 2, youngest is 6 months today!! My dad just started staying with me because he recently started dialysis.. Welp the other day was just ONE OF THOSE DAYS (Which is surprisingly rare).

I forgot dad had dialysis and needs help putting shoes on and wrapping his toe.

My rice wasn’t coming out right, 2 year old skipped nap time and is having a mental break down, 6 month old has tummy problems and is on a special formula but sometimes pooping is still difficult for her so she was a fussy/uncomfortable, 6 year old is upset because he doesn’t want to leave.. i grab the baby hoping the truck will help her go to sleep or calm her down. I pull up to the front of The house- the baby was still crying, so I’m rubbing her head talking to her till she finally calms down a bit.. i get out to lock the house door and this neighbor who lives a couple houses down (the rude b%*^h who never said hi has spoken!!) comes out of her house saying “Do you need help with your fucking kids?”

I said “excuse me?! Wtf are you talking about?” She said “your fucking kids are crying” I said “no shit go mind your own business bitch!!” As she walked back into her house mumbling under her breath..

Honestly, I usually am able to just ignore stupid people but I was just FED UP!! I shouldn’t have called her a bitch but I was seriously fuming!! And felt like she deserved it 💁‍♀️ I couldn’t help but feel a little insecure.. It definitely ruined my day. i started questioning my worth as a mother asking myself where did I do something wrong. Tonight!! I went to take a quick shower once

My younger 2 fell asleep and my son came to tell me someone was knocking on my room window! I grabbed a towel and turned off all off the lights/tv and scoped it out.. I didn’t see anything from my room so I went to the front door window and a second later a man walked by.. nervously if that makes sense? Never seen this man here before.. I really wish I could’ve witnessed the knock myself so now I’m just standing by the window.. wishing I had a Michael Myers mask I’d reverse

scare the shit out of someone knocking on my window. Am I wrong to assume that the lady next door would’ve sent someone to harass me? I know it can be a total coincidence but my mind is in like 500 places..
