My 4 month old is getting over a virus and ear infection and the congestion is pretty much cleared up, although he’s still having a low grade fever between 99.1 and 99.9. Last Sunday he was at 100.9 but was sick. Could the 99.1-99.9 be from teething? He is chewing on everything aggressively and is drooling so much as well. Do they only spike a fever when the teeth cut through? First time mom here- thank you for any advice! He has his 4 month appointment on the 11th- so I will also ask his doctor.
