Sick while pregnant

Starting Friday morning i had horrible diarrhea all day and while i was out i was feeling dizzy and drowsy i was drinking a lot of fluids to make sure i wasn’t going to end up dehydrated but I couldn’t really eat and I couldn’t sleep at night then Saturday i had diarrhea again and felt the same drowsiness mind you i have a cold as well i have a cough runny nose and even my ears are starting to hurt😭 now sunday comes around and my diarrhea finally has calmed down 80% but i still have that sleepy drowsy feeling im 36 weeks pregnant and i wonder why i feels so horrible all of sudden along with horrible body aches.
