Pelvic pain??

Okay ladies, a couple of weeks ago I started having what I thought were UTI symptoms along with pretty gnarly pelvic pain which I thought was weird for a uti but whatever. I get them frequently along with kidney stones so I started some azo and downed some cranberry juice but it didn’t help. So I went to the dr last Wednesday, no uti. Urine sample was perfect. So they sent me for an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound. I’ve had a couple of cysts on my ovaries before but nothing major. Perfectly normal, no cysts, nothing. I’m still having pelvic and back pain along with burning. The pelvic pain is right around my ovaries sometimes it’s like a dull cramping feeling but others it’s a sharp burning sensation. And the back pain is my lower back and around my kidneys all mainly on the left side. I’m nauseous on and off, sensitive nips, not pregnant. Also having urgency but it’s still like a normal amount of pee, not like with a uti. I also am on the pill and 100mcg levothyroxine for hypothyroidism. Anybody have any thoughts or similar experiences? What was your outcome? I go back to the obgyn tomorrow. Thanks!
