Should I have sex?

I got a positive digital test yesterday, but cheapies are still negative? 
I’m scared that if I have sex, and then within the next few days it becomes actually positive, that there won’t be enough sperm when it counts!

Sex every other day or every day is best. Not ejaculating for days-weeks at a time can actually reduce sperm count and motility. It can take up to 24hrs for a males sperm count to regenerate but even then once a day will be releasing the healthiest sperm. “Saving” sperm is a myth

I got a positive digital on the night of 9/2 and didn’t get a peak on my premom until the afternoon of 9/5.

When I was having issues getting pregnant my doctor had said the same thing to have sex every other day then you are pretty much covered. Good luck sperm can live in the reproductive track for a few days as well.
