bad addiction
Hey everyone. So I've been addicted to eating ice cubes since my early teens, now that I'm pregnant everyone is telling me how dangerous this is for myself and my baby. The problem is I can't stop. I heat up so bad and tried to just eating one cube a day but it's soooo hot in South Africa right now. Is it true? Or is it one of those rules that have no solid proof?
