When to test ovulation ?

So i stopped BC on 9.29. I started spotting on 10.2 and have been bleeding since. I know the first period isnt a natural period... should i bother to do ovulation testing or wait until my natural period?

You could start this cycle, but it took almost 6 months for my cycle to return after stopping birth control. Just a heads up because I was getting so frustrated using OPKs every day and nothing happening. Hopefully yours comes back much sooner than mine did. 😊

I got pregnant the 1st month off birth control so it’s possible! I would start testing a day or two after you stop bleeding. With mine, my O was delayed due to coming off birth control so I didn’t get a positive until CD17-18 when I was usually a 13-15 for my O day.
