I have had cramps since ovulation. Is this a good sign?

This happened to me last cycle. Cramping went on from ovulation, until after 5 days of expected period. I was sure it was it, but AF ended up arriving 😭

With my first I had cramp from ovulation until I were supposed to have my period. This time I didn’t have cramp at all! 
Last month I thought I was pregnant because I had cramp and bad back pain but I wasn’t, so it’s not always a sign.

I had cramping after ovulation that lasted until after my BFP.
BUT I had an HSG that cycle and felt “off” and crampy the whole time. So those early early cramps may not have been related.

I have cramps from ovulation for short periods of time or LONG periods of time, and I’ve never been pregnant. It’s not a definitive for pregnancy.
