I had a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks 6 days. I went in for my 12 week checkup Nov 2 and the Dr couldn't find a heartbeat so they sent me to U/S where my baby measured at 10 weeks and 6 days. We cried for an hour in the ultrasound room. I had my D&C Nov 3. I bled for 2 weeks. Had sex for the first time Nov 18 unprotected and ever since. This week on Monday I used the bathroom wiped and there was some pinkish spotting that one time only. My nipples were sore for a couple of days then it stopped. It is now Dec 11 and I still have not had a period.. 5 weeks after my d&c. I was never tested to see where my levels were even at my follow up appt. My question to you all are..

How long did it take for your period to start after D&C? Should I be concerned and do a hpt or wait till after its been 6 weeks?
