Is he playing games?

Long story short. This guy and I had a “hook up” type arrangement. It was all good but I started to get feelings. We discussed It and decided it was best we didn’t continue hooking up since we are on different pages. So we both stopped reaching out. Well he texted me last night (after a month of not talking) and asked me why I don’t have Facebook. Very random. I’m assuming It was just a hook up text and used that excuse, he never asked to hang out/hook up. It was small talk and I stopped responding. I’m trying not to read into It but I’m definitely struggling. Thanks!! Also, this doesn’t change anything and I won’t be reaching out to him.
