5 days late and still getting negatives

I'm so regular it's crazy. But this month here I am 5 days late, trying for 3 years. Had surgery 3 months ago to remove a huge fibroid. I have cramping off and on like she is coming but still nothing.. am I out? Or have any of you gotten a bfp after being a week late?
