Negative HPT

Today is 13dpo. Took a hpt when I got home from work around 5:40pm just to see if the test line would show clearer than on the one taken Saturday. Unfortunately it was negative. Should I test again in the morning with FMU for better results or it’s too late this cycle? AF is expected Wed. 10/6/21.
