Hi, anyone here can share with me if they managed to sleep train their LO with silent reflux?

My LO is 14 weeks old and has silent reflux, he is currently on some medication to reduce the acidity in his stomach.

He is fully latching on my wife now and he is using my wife as a sleep prop to get to sleep the entire day.

Cause of his reflux he usually sleeps around 1.5 hours to 2 hours at night, if we are lucky 3 hours.

My wife and I badly need some much needed rest so would appreciate if anyone can share their experience or advice us.
