BBT - normal tonight this high?

Question

First month really sticking with tracking, is it normal for it to progress and get this high I ovulated on the 4th.

I cracked and took one....I'm not getting excited yet,  last month I had so many positve test (not counting but 22😨😵) and I got negative blood and then my AF was a week late. Didn't  get an answer from doctor why I got so many false positives. But I got vvvvf positives and 4 digital +. So unless I get some darker lines I'm not freaking out just yet. .....I pray this is my little Christmas miracle though 😀
