I voted no for a couple reasons - first the shell size is most likely still a bit too small for 6mos and therefore is a choking hazard until they’re a little older. Second, the sodium content is extremely high. Babies shouldn’t have more than 100mg per day and a single serving (1 cup) has 970mg. So even if baby only had about a 1-2 tablespoons of it, that’s still borderline too much sodium for their kidneys at this age.

We feed my daughter what we eat. If we're eating mashed potatoes, if we're eating mac and cheese, if we're eating baked chicken, she has dinner with us. This is my fourth baby, and we feed our baby table food. Obviously if all you fed her all day long was macaroni and cheese at this age I would say that's probably not a great idea! 😂 But having dinner with Mom and Dad while they're learning to eat what's for dinner in my opinion is perfectly healthy and wonderful. This is my fourth baby, and she just eats what we do. I learned of the hard way with my first, he ate all "baby foods" and was spared alot of the normal foods we eat and he is 8 years old now and still a God awful eater. Won't touch a thing! My three kids have followed had table food from the time they started foods and they all eat wonderful. My 4-year-old is almost the size of my 8-year-old!! Trust me, when your child is 8 years old and third grade you're not going to look back and say dang I wish I wouldn't have fed him that macaroni! ❤️😉 Enjoy!
