Me: feeling guilty that we have to board the dogs Thursday-Monday when they’ve never been away from home, buys new bones, kongs, and squeaky/crunchy octopus toys to take with them.
Dogs: YAY! NEW TOYS!!
3y/o: 😫 I WANT AN OCTOPUS THAT SQUEAKS!! 😭
Me: extra glad I didn’t opt for the squeaky stuffed unicorns over these ugly octopuses
