I had sex 3 times today & have been having pain/cramping on my lower stomach. It’s not super consistent, but definitely uncomfortable. Could this be the start of labor?

Could be but no way to tell really. You just have to ride it out and wait for more obviously signs.

Raising your oxytocin levels could trigger it. Also, semen is known to induce labour. 
You could also just be experiencing Braxton Hicks or extreme muscle spasms/cramping.
