Working out during pregnancy
I can't even express how much better I feel this pregnancy compared to my last! Last time I gained 85 pounds 😱 and this time I work out intensely 4x a week. I also eat healthy and run after a toddler all day. I need to eat a good amount of calories to support the pregnancy, my nursing toddler, and my own energy so I'm still eating a lot. At 16 weeks I'm still down 2 pounds from pre-pregnancy and feeling amazing. Keep up your workouts Mommies! The end gets rough and it's only rougher if you've been sitting around!
