They’re not too painful or constant or anything but I’m between 4-5w and I’ve never felt these kind yet

I had some pressure sensations on my right side of my uterus around this time and found out I had a cyst that had ruptured which is completely common and normal in early pregnancy as that eventually turns in to your placenta. Maybe go for an elective ultrasound?
