So im 8 week along and the one thing that has worried me since the day I found out I was pregnant is how am I going to pump while at work. U see I'm a 911 dispatcher and we don't get breaks, we eat our meals with a headset on a answer phones with a mouth full of food, not to mention answering any radio traffic from police, fire, and EMS. I get 12 weeks maternity leave which is good but I still stress about the after part. I love my job, yes its high stress but there is jut nothing like being the first line of contact in someone's darkest moments. I'm really trying to figure out how to cheat the system here! Anyone else have a job like this? What did u do?
