Wrist pain during or after pregnancy?

Does anyone have any wrist pain after delivering your LO? I almost feel like I have carpal tunnel or arthritis. It’s hard to hold my LO at night more.

Yes. Carpal tunnel is very common in pregnancy and postpartum. You can get wrist braces over the counter and focus on keeping your wrists in a neutral position as much as possible. If it worsens, I would contact your doc and request a referral for therapy.

Mine hurts because of all the lifting and holding her in my arms, buy a brace/support

Yes mine lasted a little over two months and went away on its own. It was very painful at times but glad it’s gone
