guys i messed up😭 so at work I pump and then i put the milk in the freezer at work but it never gets frozen just really cold. then i put it in an insulated part of my diaper bag. So yesterday i took it out close to 6 put it in the insulated bag(no ice) and I fell asleep. i woke up at 12:30 and ran and put it in the fridge. But now i’m stressing if i can even use it because it was a long while and it was a lot of milk 😭😭 about 15 ounces. Any advice? thanks guys!
