Im trying to sel a bedroom set on marketplace, I had someone interested first, but only for a part of it, and said maybe the rest will fecide when she comes, shes not sure if she can move herself etc, I had another buyer interested today, wants the entire set for sure can come pick up now, and has a way to move themselves and everything, the second option seems a lot easier and a smoother sale than first but the first lady was 1st & told me to hold it till hse gets paid the end of week… 
What would you do?
I really just wanna go ahead and sale to second person but i dont want to be unfaithful or rude.

Absolutely do not wait around. No brainer to sell it, just politely say the furniture has been sold in full. It’s a lot harder to sell individual pieces rather than a matching set.

Sell it to the second person. They want it all and they want it now. Who knows if the first buyer will actually even come back and they didn’t want the whole set. Just tell her sorry but someone else is ready to make a purchase.

I always go with priority to first to take it. I don’t hold shit without a deposit, and I don’t split lots unless I have buyers for all. I also don’t deliver. I get it to my porch and you deal with it from there.

I couldn't tell you how many times people have said "I for sure want it hold it til I get paid and I'll take it". They almost never follow through. I'd go with the second option for sure.
