Do you poke at your sore boobs?

I find my self poking or touching my boobs in their tender spots when sore. Its weird I know, just want to know if I’m not alone.

I poke them all the time to make sure they’re still sore 😅

I only had sore breasts with my first
And if the wind touched them or my shirt moved in the slightest bit, it would send so many pain emitters I would hold my breath. That was the worst boob pain ever. 
Yet I still poked them 😅

Yes and they are still very very very sore! I'm 4w 5d and at first it was the main breast tissue, but today it's suddenly moved to my nipples 😭 They're suddenly popping out a whole lot more and feel like they are on fire if anything touches them .... So then I poke them 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️... They're definitely still there 🤣
